SPRING COLLECTION:

Ranunculus & Anemones: Shipping is available NOW

(with the exception of

Italian Ranunculus Purple Jean and Italian Ranunculus Amandine Salmon)

Gladiolus: Shipping begins the second week of April​ 2026

Dahlias: Shipping is subject to weather conditions as Dahlias are very cold sensitive. Shipping begins the second week of April given the weather is appropriate.

Expedited 2 day shipping may be required as an additional cost should Dahlias be requested for immediate delivery.

Flat-rate shipping of $15 is applied to all orders

Shipping Policy

At Poète Gardens, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are shipped with care and efficiency. Our shipping methods are designed to protect the quality of your flower bulbs, roots, and seedlings, while keeping costs reasonable for our customers. We believe in transparent and straightforward shipping policies to build trust and loyalty with our patrons.
 
At this time, shipping is WITHIN CANADA ONLY.

Cancellation Policy

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a straightforward cancellation policy. If for any reason you need to cancel your purchase, please email us BEFORE your shipping date to notify us of any changes to your order. We offer full refunds for any orders not shipped. We want you to buy with confidence, knowing that we are here to address any concerns you may have.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel or edit your purchase, please let us know before your order has shipped. Once shipped, because of plant life and the sensitivity of timing, we are unable to receive any product back that has been shipped. 

 If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, notify us at once upon receipt of your plants. We will quickly make things right with a replacement. In addition, if any Poète Gardens bulbs or roots fails to survive the FIRST year, we will send replacements at no charge with next year's order if you notify us by August 1, and indicate the variety name and reason for loss. We are not responsible, however, for customer negligence, incorrect planting methods, weather, soil conditions, pest or rodent damage.  We also accept returns of books and catalogs.
