Shipping Schedule 2026
SHIPPING IS WITHIN CANADA ONLY.
FALL COLLECTION:
Fall Bulbs & Roots: Shipping begins in October 2026 when our bulbs arrive from the Netherlands. Some select bulbs are not available until late October, specifics can be found on our Pdf version of our Fall Catalogue.
SPRING COLLECTION:
Ranunculus & Anemones: Shipping is available beginning
November 2026
Plug Orders: Our new plug collection will be available for order starting February. Pick-up and shipping will start the first week of April 2027 with any bare-roots ordered needing to be picked up immediately upon availability.
Dahlias: Shipping is subject to weather conditions as Dahlias are very cold sensitive. Shipping begins the second week of April 2027 given the weather is appropriate.
Expedited 2 day shipping may be required at an additional cost should Dahlias be requested for immediate delivery.

Shipping Policy
At Poète Gardens, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are shipped with care and efficiency. Our shipping methods are designed to protect the quality of your flower bulbs, roots, and seedlings, while keeping costs reasonable for our customers. We believe in transparent and straightforward shipping policies to build trust and loyalty with our patrons.
At this time, shipping is WITHIN CANADA ONLY.
Cancellation Policy
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a straightforward cancellation policy. If for any reason you need to cancel your purchase, please email us BEFORE your shipping date to notify us of any changes to your order. We offer full refunds for any orders not shipped. We want you to buy with confidence, knowing that we are here to address any concerns you may have.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or edit your purchase, please let us know before your order has shipped. Once shipped, because of plant life and the sensitivity of timing, we are unable to receive any product back that has been shipped.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, notify us at once upon receipt of your plants. We will quickly make things right with a replacement. In addition, if any Poète Gardens bulbs or roots fails to survive the FIRST year, we will send replacements at no charge with next year's order if you notify us by August 1, and indicate the variety name and reason for loss. We are not responsible, however, for customer negligence, incorrect planting methods, weather, soil conditions, pest or rodent damage. We also accept returns of books and catalogs.
